Adjust or replace?
Many closers only need an adjustment of the closing and latching speed. A closer that leaks oil or has lost its spring needs to be replaced. We tell you which it is, and what each option costs, before any work.
Exit devices and panic bars
Panic bars must release with one push and latch every time the door closes. We repair and replace rim, mortise and vertical-rod exit devices on steel and aluminum doors, and match the device to the door and frame you have.

Usually the closer's speed is set wrong or the closer is worn out. Often it can be adjusted on the spot.
Do you install new panic bars?
Yes. We supply and install exit devices on commercial doors and replace worn ones.
