Our commitment
F&R Door Solutions wants everyone to be able to use this website and our services, including people with disabilities. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, and we follow the customer service principles of the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA): dignity, independence, integration and equal opportunity.
What this website does
- Works with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus outline and a "Skip to main content" link
- Uses proper headings, labels and landmarks for screen readers
- Text and buttons meet colour contrast guidelines
- Respects your device's "reduce motion" and light or dark settings
- Works when zoomed to 200% and on phone screens
- Has an accessibility button (bottom left) to enlarge text, turn on high contrast, underline links and stop animations
- Our phone number and email are always shown as text, so you can read or copy them even if call links don't work on your device
Known limitations
- Photo descriptions are added as job photos are published. If a photo has no useful description, tell us and we'll fix it.
- Calling and texting from links depends on your device.
Accessible service on site
Service animals and support persons are welcome during estimates and visits. Tell us if you need anything to make the visit easier, such as a call instead of a text, extra time, or written estimates in large print.
